The Eagle Point Companies are affiliated companies whose roots trace back to 1995 with the formation of The Signal Group, a national affordable housing market analysis firm. The Signal Group’s success led to the formation of a collection of “Eagle Point” titled companies that have acquired a variety of affordable housing projects with award-winning success and national recognition as well as an investment arm.

Since 2007, Eagle Point Management has provided world class property management across the US. Today EPM actively manages more than 20 communities in 6 states.

Eagle Point Ventures is our private equity fund focused on acquiring general partner interests in LIHTC transactions. EPV has the ability to acquire these interests on its own or to further leverage its funds by partnering with larger institutional investors.

Eagle Point Development is our current active development company. EPD focuses on the acquisition and development of affordable housing opportunities nationwide.
